Refund policy

At ATR Studio, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely happy with a ready-made item, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery.

This policy covers our ready-made pieces (graphic T-shirts and embroidered caps). Custom, made-to-order pieces are covered separately below.

1. Contact us
Email info@theatrstudio.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the item(s) you would like to return or exchange. We will reply with the return instructions.

2. Prepare your return
Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with all tags attached. Put a note with your order number and item(s) inside the parcel so we can process your return quickly. Returns without this information may be delayed.

3. Send your return
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect. We cannot be held responsible for return parcels lost in transit before they reach us.

4. Refunds
Once your return arrives, please allow 5 to 7 working days for us to inspect and process it. After your refund is issued, your bank or payment provider may take a further 4 to 6 working days to show it. We will email you once your refund has been processed.

Exchanges
To exchange for a different size, tell us when you contact us. Because we produce in small batches, exchanges depend on stock. If your size is unavailable, we will offer another design, store credit or a refund.

Custom and made-to-order pieces
Custom T-shirts, custom caps and any piece printed or embroidered to your design are made specifically for you after you approve a design proof. They are final once the proof is approved and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. The exceptions are when the finished item does not match the approved proof or arrives with a manufacturing defect.

Faulty or incorrect items
If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, email info@theatrstudio.com before returning it. Include your order number, a short description of the issue and photos where possible. We will send a free replacement or give you a full refund.
