Is the cap adjustable?
Yes — the cap is one size with an adjustable strap.
Delivery
Where do you deliver?
Across the UAE only, in 3–5 working days. We can't currently fulfil orders outside the UAE.
Do you have a specific departure date in mind?
Message us before ordering — especially for custom pieces — so we can confirm we can make your timing work.
Custom & group orders
How does a custom order work?
Tell us the destination, headcount, dates and the idea (via the contact form). We reserve your design slot with a design fee, send a proof within two working days, and only go to print once you approve it. Revisions are included until it feels right.
Is the design fee refundable?
It's credited in full against your final order. If you decide not to go ahead after seeing the proof, the fee covers the design time and isn't refunded — but you're never charged for printing or embroidery you haven't approved.
Is there a minimum order size?
No minimum for custom orders.
Care
How should I wash my tee or cap?
As a general rule for printed cotton pieces: machine wash cold, inside out, and skip the tumble dryer to protect the print. (We'll confirm the exact care instructions for our specific fabric soon — check the garment's care label too.)
Returns
Can I return something?
Unworn, unwashed ready-made tees and caps can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Custom and personalised pieces are final sale once production starts, except if something arrives faulty. See our Refund Policy for the full details.
